On behalf of the priests, deacons, boards, and people of the diocese, we offer your grace and the honored family condolences for the departure of your grace’s dear mother: Mrs. Janet Kamel Bastawros.
We ask our dear Lord, Jesus Christ, to repose her soul in Paradise of Joy in the bosom of our fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
She was truly a virtuous and blessed mother. Her motherhood, tenderness and humility blessed us. This is vivid when she gave us the most precious thing she had, her beloved son and our blessed bishop, Bishop Seraphim.
May the Lord benefit us through her prayers and blessings, through the intercession of the Holy Virgin Mary, Saint Mark, and the prayers of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II.
